Colt Ring Lever Rifle

Manufactured c. 1837-1838. Colt Paterson No. 1 Ring Lever Percussion Revolving Rifle.

My main goal was to create a photo-realistic rifle that is as accurate as possible to the real thing. I used over 30 reference photos from 3 different surviving rifles (only 150 were ever made so most of them don't exist any more). Most of the references were found on historical museum/preservation sites specializing in very old guns.
